By purchasing my services (whether commissioned art or art from my shop), you are agreeing to my Terms of Service - which includes the following conditions listed in this form. You are strongly encouraged to read these terms fully.
WILL / WON'T DOIf you are commissioning me, you will receive artwork in my style. You may not request artwork in another style, especially the style of another artist.I am comfortable drawing any gender expression, any skin tone, and any hairstyle. I will draw characters that are humanoid, furry, monster, skeletons, that have some mechanical aspects, and much more.I will not draw characters that you do not own, and do not permit the commissioning of art used to be hateful or impersonate others.I do not consent to have my art used for AI training, machine learning algorithms, NFTs, or tracing.
NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (NDA)Commissions may be used in my portfolio and on my socials to represent my work.If you wish for your request, WIPs, or overall commission to be private, then it must be stated and agreed upon by both me (the artist) and you (the client) prior to ordering. Please state exactly what must be kept private and a date that the NDA may be released, i.e. I could post the work on the given date.There is an NDA fee.
PAYMENTSMy services are to be paid for in full unless a payment plan was made prior to ordering and agreed upon by both me (the artist) and you (the client).
DEADLINES AND DELIVERYA rushed deadline must be communicated prior to ordering, may incur a fee, and may not always be accepted.Commissions will be delivered within the timeline listed on the service listing. Timelines begin when a commission is marked as a WIP. I will communicate with you if any circumstances cause me to delay the original deadline. Deadline extensions must be agreed upon by both me (the artist) and you (the client).If it has not been agreed upon to extend the deadline, you are permitted to request a refund after the date of the original deadline. Please message me directly if you would like a refund under these conditions.
REVISIONSRevisions will be allowed for non-skeb commissions, typically with an opportunity at each of the following stages:

If for some reason you are not updated at one of these stages, you are permitted to request revisions that you would have had the opportunity to request at that stage. Otherwise, approval of a stage indicates there are no revisions at that stage, and you may not request revisions related to that stage after approval unless they are small / easily implemented.
LICENSING AND USEYou must credit me when using my art. You may not remove my signature(s) if present, and please try to credit me in posts or panels as able. You are, under no circumstances, permitted to insinuate or claim that the art was made by you.

✅ You may post the work to social media, use it for profile pictures, banners, YouTube video covers, your website, etc. You reserve the right to use my work as a wallpaper or background on your personal phone, tablet, or computer.❌ You may not alter my work (unless you purchased a base).❌ You may not distribute or sell my work for others to print or use as a device wallpaper.❌ You may not use my artwork for physical goods or direct profit (i.e. merchandise, patreon, onlyfans, or any other form of reproducing and/or selling my art), unless commercial use is purchased.⚠️ Commercial licensing does not exempt you from crediting me.Please refer to the individual service listings for additional details, or feel free to ask me.If commercial use is not initially intended or needed, but is desired at a later date, commercial rights can be purchased from me at any time. You may not use the artwork for commercial use until the license is purchased.
